The Maid of Muswell is one of Muswell Hill’s most popular public houses located on the edge of Alexandra Palace Park and only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Muswell Hill High Street. It is easily identified with it’s cow outside! We are perhaps one of the only public houses in the country that has its own Church Service on Sunday mornings from 10am – 12pm. This takes place in the main body of the building and is extremely popular, with many staying on for a drink and bite to eat afterwards.
The Maid is a traditional pub that attracts the young and old alike. It has a secluded garden with ample seating both inside and outside. For those of you who prefer ‘al fresco’ dining there are heat lamps to take the chill off the air. Why not come and sample our varied menu featuring fresh produce (using herbs from our very own herb garden) and daily specials.
Muswell Hill boasts many attractions for families – in particular Alexandra Palace Park, this is a leisurely walk from the pub and includes a boating lake, ice rink, deer park and many play areas.
Dogs as well as children (until 7pm) are most welcome at The Maid, as long as both are kept on a lead!
